Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur and M&A specialist with a career defined by rapid industrial scaling. Prior to founding Titan, he built and led a private investment group within the manufacturing sector, scaling the portfolio to £60 million in annual revenue and £5 million EBITDA within four years.

Neil Sharp is a results-driven entrepreneur with over 37 years of experience. In 1993, he started a business in the Printing Industry, which he and his team grew significantly by acquiring various competitors. He exited the printing business in 2011 and founded TML Finance & Advisory, a UK Corporate Finance Advisory firm specializing in M&A.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer and experienced CEO with over 30 years in aerospace, defence, and precision engineering. He has held senior leadership roles at Airbus, BAE Systems, Thales, GKN Aerospace, and NATS, where he delivered major transformations, operational improvements, and value growth. Most recently, Richard was CEO of Stratospheric Platforms Ltd, securing over £70m in funding, delivering the world’s first 4G and 5G telecoms calls from the stratosphere, and leading the company’s integration into the World Mobile and Protelindo Group in 2025 as World Mobile Stratospheric. Richard now serves in a Non-Executive capacity with Titan Industrial Partners, supporting the founders in building a leading UK precision engineering group. He contributes deep expertise in M&A integration, lean transformation, and value creation, alongside extensive board-level governance experience. His role is to provide strategic challenge and guidance, helping Titan deliver synergies, sustainable growth, and a high-value exit.

Harry has extensive experience in M&A and corporate development, specializing in the full deal lifecycle. As a Corporate Development Strategist at Titan Industrial Partners, he plays a key role in the acquisition and growth strategy for our portfolio of precision engineering business, from due diligence and valuation to post-close integration.
