Over four years he grew MGI to £60 million in revenue and £5 million EBITDA, securing £12 million in funding to fuel these acquisitions and expansion. His expertise in deal structuring, financial strategy, and post-acquisition optimisation makes him a key advisor to Titan. Michael brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of scaling businesses through acquisition-led growth strategies.

An experienced dealmaker and investor with a proven ability to source, structure, and finance acquisitions that deliver long term value. He has held equity in over 20 companies and built a reputation for creating aligned deal structures while unlocking significant upside potential for all parties involved. As founder of Aragon Investment Group, Jamie focuses on assembling high calibre teams, maintaining strategic clarity post-acquisition and ensuring that all stakeholders remain aligned around a single objective a high multiple, value driven exit. His approach combines disciplined deal execution with a deep understanding of how to structure incentives that drive sustained performance and momentum. Jamie has been involved in a number of successful turnarounds and growth executions for UK based SMEs and has held shareholdings in over 20 UK companies in the past 5 years. His ability to drive profitability, establish clear exit strategies, and create long term shareholder value has made him a trusted partner across multiple sectors.

Paul is a results-driven executive with a diverse background spanning clean technology, automotive, and high-precision manufacturing. With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic leadership, he is currently the CEO of Bladon Micro Turbine, a clean tech business providing power in remote locations. Paul's career includes senior finance roles at notable companies such as Aston Martin Lagonda and InoBat AS, where he served as Vice President and Deputy CEO & CFO. His experience also includes director-level positions at the Doncaster Group and financial management consulting at both Deloitte and IBM, showcasing his adaptable expertise across different industries.

With over 15 years of experience in the aerospace sector, Mark is a dynamic leader known for driving growth and fostering new markets. In 2004, he founded Sigma Precision Components, building the company from the ground up to a turnover of over £50M. Under his leadership as CEO, Sigma became a key supplier to major aerospace OEMs like Rolls-Royce, Safran, and Airbus, employing over 800 people in the UK and China. Mark successfully led a management buy-out of Sigma in 2016 and transitioned to a non-executive career in 2020. He now serves as a board advisor and trustee, applying his skills in strategy and investment to help businesses and people succeed.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer and experienced CEO with over 30 years in aerospace, defence, and precision engineering. He has held senior leadership roles at Airbus, BAE Systems, Thales, GKN Aerospace, and NATS, where he delivered major transformations, operational improvements, and value growth. Most recently, Richard was CEO of Stratospheric Platforms Ltd, securing over £70m in funding, delivering the world’s first 4G and 5G telecoms calls from the stratosphere, and leading the company’s integration into the World Mobile and Protelindo Group in 2025 as World Mobile Stratospheric. Richard now serves in a Non-Executive capacity with Titan Industrial Partners, supporting the founders in building a leading UK precision engineering group. He contributes deep expertise in M&A integration, lean transformation, and value creation, alongside extensive board-level governance experience. His role is to provide strategic challenge and guidance, helping Titan deliver synergies, sustainable growth, and a high-value exit.

Harry has extensive experience in M&A and corporate development, specializing in the full deal lifecycle. As a Corporate Development Strategist at Titan Industrial Partners, he plays a key role in the acquisition and growth strategy for our portfolio of precision engineering business, from due diligence and valuation to post-close integration.
