Michael is an entrepreneur and M&A specialist with a background in acquiring and integrating UK manufacturing businesses.

At Titan, Michael applies that experience — backed by our wider investment group — to acquire, modernise and scale established UK businesses, while protecting the legacy their founders have built.

Neil is a results-driven entrepreneur and investor with over 37 years of experience. In 1993 he founded a business in the commercial printing industry, which he scaled through the strategic acquisition of competitors before exiting in 2011.

He then founded TML Finance & Advisory, a UK corporate finance firm specialising in M&A. Over his career Neil has completed more than 350 M&A transactions, and was instrumental in growing one family office’s portfolio from $40m to $600m AUM through acquisition in three and a half years. He brings founder-level insight to every Titan acquisition.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer and experienced CEO with over 30 years in aerospace, defence and precision engineering. He has held senior leadership roles at Airbus, BAE Systems, Thales, GKN Aerospace and NATS, delivering major transformations, operational improvements and value growth.

Most recently Richard was CEO of Stratospheric Platforms Ltd, securing over £70m in funding, delivering the world’s first 4G and 5G telecoms calls from the stratosphere, and leading the company’s integration into the World Mobile and Protelindo Group in 2025.

As Group Operating Partner he works alongside the leadership of Titan’s businesses, bringing deep expertise in post-acquisition integration, lean transformation and value creation — giving acquired businesses the strategic and operational support to deliver sustainable growth.

Harry has extensive experience in M&A and corporate development, specialising in the full deal lifecycle. As Head of Deal Origination he drives the acquisition strategy for Titan’s acquisition pipeline.

He plays a pivotal role in everything from first conversations, valuation and due diligence through to a smooth, seamless handover during post-completion integration.
